TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment- All prices are in USD.
- Payment via PayPal only.
- 50% payment upfront is required before starting.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.Pricing & Quotes- Listed prices are base estimates.
- Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing the full description and references.
- Complex designs, props, additional characters, or detailed backgrounds may incur additional fees, which will always be discussed beforehand.Revisions- One round of revisions is included at every stage (sketch stage, color and final render).
- Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to an extra fee.
- Major revisions, such as changes to the pose or overall lighting requested after approval, are not included. If the artwork is already in an advanced stage and these changes require reworking a significant portion of the piece, additional fees will apply.Turnaround Time- Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and current workload.
- If you need rush delivery, please mention it in advance. Availability and additional fees may apply.
- I’ll always communicate if delays occur.Usage Rights- Prices include personal use only.
- Commercial use (branding, products, publishing, monetized content, etc.) requires an additional fee.
- I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed.Communication- Please provide clear descriptions and references when commissioning.
- You’re welcome to ask questions at any point — clear communication helps ensure the best result.
- We can discuss the project via Discord or Email.Cancellations- If a commission is canceled after work has started, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers time already spent on the project.
- If I’m unable to complete the commission for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.Agreement- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
